Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every product delivered to our customers meets high quality standards. Since our products include Instant Coffee, Beaten Coffee in Spouts, and Beaten Coffee in Jars, they are classified as consumable food items and therefore have limited return eligibility.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective or spoiled upon opening.

To request a return, customers must contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed, unless there is a quality issue.
  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

3. Refund Process

If the return request is approved:

  • Customers may receive either a replacement product or a refund, depending on product availability.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The refund process may take 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
